Aboriginal Outreach Health Worker/Care Coordinator

The GEGPN is committed to supporting General Practitioners in the provision of Primary Health Care and Disease Prevention and currently has a vacancy for a motivated ATSI individual who is an innovative independent thinker.

The successful applicant will assist with developing and implementing strategies to improve access for Aboriginal people to mainstream primary care, improve the capacity of General Practice and other mainstream primary care providers to deliver culturally sensitive primary care services for Aboriginal people of the Goldfields

Project Officer for Aboriginal Health

 The GEGPN is committed to supporting General Practitioners in the provision of Primary Health Care and Disease Prevention and currently has a vacancy for a Project Officer for Aboriginal Health to play a key role in supporting the Aboriginal Outreach Worker/Care Coordinator.

The successful applicant will develop and implement strategies to improve access to mainstream primary care, improve the capacity of General Practice and other mainstream primary care providers to deliver culturally sensitive primary care services for Aboriginal people of the Goldfields.
